As you might have guessed, there seems to be moves afoot to SAVE Planet Rock.

Rick Wakeman on his "Ricks Place" show this morning (16th Feb), mentioned that efforts were being made to save the station...AND that the listeners help WILL be required...so, all we can do is to keep our fingers crossed and hope that a rescue package is put in place that enables Planet Rock to be bought.

What is already obvious, is that there is a HUGE level of support being made from both within UK and from overseas, with people registering on the Planet Rock forum, (http://www.planetrock.co.uk/messageboard... ) as well from those visiting the saveplanetrock website (at http://www.saveplanetrock.co.uk ).

So, keep getting people to sign the online petition or print off the flyers and petition form from the saveplanetrock website and let's PROVE without question to any potential buyer that Planet Rock is commercially viable and able to stand on it's own two feet!!.

And on behalf of the station, I thank you for your unswerving support for what is undoubtedly, the best ROCK station EVER.
