Buffalo Bills

Description:

Many prominent football players and administrators are featured on the Buffalo Bills Wall of Fame -- including the most supportive fans in the NFL, the Bills 12th Man.
According to the Bills website,

“The Buffalo Bills organization is devastated in hearing the news of the passing of Tim Russert. Tim, as everyone knows, was a tremendous Bills fan. He was always so proud to let people know just how much he loved our team and was such a great ambassador for Buffalo. So many times he ended his “Meet The Press” show with his patented “Go Bills!” that it became part of our Game Day morning rituals. He was a true friend and we will miss him immensely. Our sincere sympathies go out to his family and our team carries a heavy heart tonight as we mourn the loss of this great man, Buffalo’s native son and a Bills fan forever.”

I fully agree with DJ B. Remove convicted criminal Orenthal Simpson from the Buffalo Bills Hall Of Fame, and replace him with the great Tim Russert.

If there ever was a "Mr. Buffalo" it was Tim Russert. He was the fabric of Buffalo and truly loved the Bills and the people of Buff. I say take down OJ and replace him with Timothy J. Russert. "GO BILLS" D.J. in San Diego still bleeding red/white and blue till the day I die.

Are you kidding? I am a Pats fan, but I never got some much pleasure from watching someone cheer for the Bills as I did watching Tim. This shouldn't be a question!!! Of course he should be there!

LOVE Tim Russert and he deserves to be on the wall...sign and get your friends to sign too. Miss seeing that guy on Meet the Press and the conventions. It was not the same without Tim!

Is this a rhetorical question??

the man was a true "G". I WAS RAISED IN THE HOOD AND GANG BANGED MOST OF MY LIFE, BUT YET I STILL TOOK THE TIME TO WATCH MEET THE PREES. HE HAS HAD AN IMPACT ON MY LIFE AND AM GREATFUL. HE'S A HOMIE TO US IN L.A. NO ONE CAN REPLACE HIM

It would only be right to add Tim Russert to the Buffalo Bills Wall of Fame....He was their biggest fan. It would be the right thing to do.
I loved Tim and faithfully watched Meet the Press.
I so miss him. He loved the Bills. Put his name on the wall.

I just finished reading Big Russ and Me. Tim Russert was the ultimate Bills fan, it would only be right.

Timmy is a Buffalo Bill...come on now!

Tim Russert deserves it- period!

tim desevers that honor, he always cheered on the bills every autum. he is so missed. put him up there.

Is there a better Buffalo Bill anywhere then Tim Russert? If it's Sunday it's Meet the Press and the Buffalo Bills!!!!! Go Bills !! Please do the right thing and add Mr Russert to the Hall of Fame.

No question! Tim is the epitomy of patriotism, loyalty, and passion! Even if you weren't a Bills fan, you wanted them to win, just to make Tim happy!
He is so missed!!!

Are you kidding me that this is even a discussion? Tim Russert did as much for the Bills as Jim Kelly did. I think that it would be a great testiment to all the men out there that turn into little boys on Sunday. To the purest of spirts in a not always so pure place, or time, Tim Russert represented all that this country stands for and all it has to offer.

Who better than Tim?

He really is an american saint, for countless reasons.
I am not even a big sports fan,I went to one Cubs game in the 70's, as
a kid,and had fun. Tim was the best thing going as far as reflecting a mirror back on the best of America,
and if he felt that way about All of you,
He is a part of your team!

Tim Russert was no doubt a great Buffalo Bills fan but the Wall of Fame should be reserved for players and coaches only. And to even think of changes the street in front of the stadium from Jim Kelly Blvd to Jim Russert Blvd is ludricrous. I loved Tim Russert and my comment in no way is meant to denigrate him or his memory.
