Why is he not on Moonlight. He would be good in any show, but MOONLIGHT was a fantastic show and Alex and the others were perfect. What is wrong with CBS.

PLEASE bring back Moonlight! You get to enjoy a show then CBS takes it away. I was so looking forward to the second series! Alex would be great in anything and I wish him great success, but I just love watching him as a vampire! x

Bad decision to chancel Moonlight. You have so much more for good new storys. Please, bring back Moonlight with a new season. The fans need more. I will never watch a new series on CBS again until Moonlight is back.

I want him to be a star in the show and main character not a multiple of many. His show moonlight was perfect for him. He needs to have a strong character with multiple talents, strength, shyness, LOTS OF LOVE INTEREST,and a little bit of magic action . We are all too aware of what happens in this world with crime but moonlight took us out of reality and gave us a little more, some fantacy, lots of chemical action with the co stars. They needed to bring back the characters from moonlight with him because they worked so well together. I hope he picks the right one for himself. I see by most of the comments that most of his fans feel the same way. CBS YOU BETTER COME THRU

I dont want to see Alex as a bad guy because ultimately bad guys either die or go to jail. He needs to be a good guy and someone strong in character and body strength. On criminal minds if he is a killer there is only one way thats going, even if he asks the team for help. I dont know why cbs is not listening to his fans. maybe his pilot will be more of what he should really be and not a bad man

It is a shame "Moonlight" couldn't have continue with Alex and all the rest of the cast. He was a leading character with a great show until CBS thought different. Now they are waiting for the right venue and bringing Alex back as a guest just isn't right but I will be there to watch just as I watch him and the rest of the cast on my Moonlight DVD.

Alex doesn't deserve to be a guest star. He didn't deserve to be cancelled from CBS in the first place. They should just give him and us back Moonlight and stop all this back and forth stuff!! Moonlight was a great show. Fantastic writers, actors and story plot. As for the other shows listed in the above options for him to guest star in...I don't watch CBS now or for that matter ever did until Moonlight came on. I frequented Ghost Whisperer now and then and that day happened to be the first Moonlight episode...after that I was hooked. Sorry CBS but you did your fans an injustice.

Moonlight was the perfect venue for Alex...drama, action and humor. He shines in all these categories, and I would hate to see him give up even one. Moonlight was also a captivating love story, of which TV seems to be devoid. CBS would be smart to bring back Moonlight (with the full cast) but hire better writers.

I picked Cold Case because Alex can do period characters and not all actors can, convincingly.

P.S. It must be hard for those Hollywood types to admit a mistake - uh - yeah - Moonlighting.

I would have suggested "My Own Worse Enemy" which WAS another EXCELLENT show... oh well. How I Met Your Mother is stupid. Really stupid.

That being said, Mr. O' Loughlin appears to be an empathic type, so I could see him playing a forensic psychologist if you want to stay in the legal realm. But he also has a great (untapped) natural humor that would work well in a comeo-drama.

He can deliver action, senstivity, and levity.

I agree that Mr. O'loughlin should be the driving force of a show. I don't think that the show needs to be Moonglight, although this show wasn't given enough time to explore some of the interesting questions that it raised about humanity and mortality.

That being said, the actor appears to be an empathic type. I coudl see him playing a forensic psychologist. I also think he would attack a crowd playing a faithful type - this would invoke lots of fantasy among women that dream of beautiful, but manly men.

Another thought: Mr. O'loughline appears to have a great (untapped) sense of humor delivery...so I think comeo-drama would be ideal.

Alex is a leading man and he should star in his own show. The show is called MOONLIGHT!! why fix something that wasn't broken? CBS should take a look and see how many of us were happy on Friday night watching Moonlight. Alex, Sophia, Jason and Shannon -the perfect cast! How about a Moonlight movie?
I miss the storyline, the way it pulled you in...but the cast kept you watching.
I hope Alex is back out there real soon!

My friends and coworkers (of all ages) think Mick St. John is the sexiest detective and vampire ever!
It's also a great show. The chemistry and developing relationship between the characters Beth and Mick keeps us wanting more. We want to know what happens! My oldest son is so disappointed that Moonlight will not be shown on Friday nights anymore! It's one show Mommy and son like watching together.

Alex O'Loughlin is an extremely talented actor and his strengths were brought out in his show. I'd like to see another go at it!!!!! Bring back Mick St John and his cast and lets see how another season turns out.
