Issue:

Indictments continue to come in on professional athletes using illegal performing enhancing drugs to compete at the professional level of play. The hall of fame is a privilege to those athletes who have accomplished outstanding goals within their sports.

Belief:

If athletes who use these illegal performing enhancing drugs get in the Hall of Fame, we are sending a mixed message to other athletes and fans.
