Issue:

Indictments continue to come in on professional athletes using illegal performing enhancing drugs to compete at the professional level of play. The hall of fame is a privilege to those athletes who have accomplished outstanding goals within their sports.

Belief:

If athletes who use these illegal performing enhancing drugs get in the Hall of Fame, we are sending a mixed message to other athletes and fans.

Not only should they be banned, but any records should be wiped.

Were any of these people using them before they were declared illegal?  They maybe could enter the Hall but not if you were taking knowing they were illegal.
