There is a famous discourse from the movie Billy Madison starring Adam Sandler.

Kid: “Mortal Combat for Sega Genesis is the best game ever made.”

Billy: “I disagree; although it is a very good game, I think Donkey Kong is the best game ever.”

Kid: “Donkey Kong Sucks!”

Billy: “You know what, YOU SUCK!!!!”

            This discussion, while graphic, illustrates a very important question.  What is the greatest video game ever made?

            There are a lot of video games out there from many different genres.  My personal favorite is Wing Commander III staring Mark Hammell in which you are a star fighter battling an evil race of giant cats called the Kilrathi who are bent on the destruction of earth.  I know that won’t be most people’s first choice because I pretty much stopped gaming back in the 90’s.
