In 2009, The Allman Brothers Band will be celebrating 40 years of making some of the best jammin' feel-good music ever made. For this special year, we the undersigned propose that Gregg Allman and ****ey Betts put aside  their differences and give their devoted fans a special treat by touring together. Even if it is just for a few of the tour dates out of the year, we the undersigned would be ever so grateful to hear the magic once again.

i agree with Tucker..... ****ey is the man.
i'm sure he will never play w/ ABB, but one can wish!!!
i'll go see ****ey & his band in a few weeks....g-b.

It is time to mend fences and bring back the original ABB guitar player to rejoin his band mates. I have seen ****ey and his band a few times every year since he was asked to leave the ABB. He is still one of rock n rolls greatest living guitar players. He plays high energy shows with his band. He plays with passion and guts. That is something the ABB lacks these days. He would definetly add something to the band in this incarnation. Just think how great it would be to see all 3 guitarists ****ey,Warren, & Derrek on stage together blowin people away at every show. I say sign the petition and bring back ****ey ASAP.
