Description:

How many of you ARE or have been employed by a call center?  Share your dislike for the way Management handles their employees.  We are not ROBOTS, we are humans with human needs (such as an urgent need to use the restroom when nature calls!)

We need a do-able schedule to allow us to develop decent sleep patterns.  Management sets stats and standards that they do not and cannot follow!  The list goes on and on.

Psychiatrists and Psychologists offices are filling up with patients that work in USA call centers, due to the stress placed on them both by rude people, both Management and customers.
