We are a group of OUTRAGED cyclists (and drivers) in Chester County who want to force PennDot to reassess their abuse of our scenic roads with tar-and chip treatments. PennDot is spending our taxes to make life hazardous, bumpy, and slippery, for not just us, but motorists as well. It endangers all of us. Roads that were perfect didn't escape the tragedy. They even  chipped an advertised PA Cyclist Route (Rt 100, Creek Rd, 842). Meanwhile, houndreds of thousands are being spent on bridges no one will ever use (see:Green Valley Rd).We can't undo it, but we can stop it from happenning again. Show your OUTRAGE!
