Description:

Doctor Elizabeth Weir is one of the best characters in the Stargate world and she was done wrong by the producers in seasons 4 and 5. She deserves her “happily ever after”. Unfortunately, she is last seen floating helplessly in space with the other Replicators, as they begin to shut down (Ghost in the Machine).

 

We, the dedicated Weir fans have waited for over a year to see her return to the show, and now that Stargate Atlantis has been cancelled, that may not be possible. So why not add her to the cast of Stargate Universe?



Elizabeth is brilliant as a leader and a diplomat; she has experience with ancient technology and fighting skills, important information about the human populations and other races of the Pegasus galaxy, including the wraith, acquired during her time as a Replicator.

She has a great ability to adapt to new environments and challenges.

We see a new side of her in the fifth season, which opens a door to further character development.

Having a familiar face, loved as missed by the fans, take part in the new expedition, is required to make the shift from Atlantis to Universe a lot easier.

So she would make a great addition as a main character Stargate Universe, and her current situation leaves a big opening for her to return, as a human or as a Replicator.

She is definately the best character on the show. Oh, how much I miss her! Please bring her back and bring the show back for at least as long as SG-1 to be fair!

WHAT!!! did you just say that they canceled Stargate Atlantis?!!?!!!?!?!? i like Weir being the head, but, no offense to anyone, but i think that Samantha Carter did an even better job because she was hands on with the team, went on missions, and gave them more choices, leash, and trust!!! i mean come on!! she was good!! i hate woolsy

Yeah, unfortunately the show wasn’t renewed for a sixth season, fans are trying to get it back, I really hope it works, but then again it might not. Samantha Carter was great on Sg1, but she was terrible on SGA. She wasn’t there when some important decisions needed to be made, like when Sheppard was kidnapped, or when a group of replicator-clones came to offer vital information about the replicators. She seemed very distant from the rest of the team, there was no sharing of personal information, no linking, no support, she wouldn’t let Sheppard go after Elizabeth, though she probably wouldn’t have cared about the risks if it were a member of SG1 that was taken, she only went off world about 3 times, one of those times it was only to fall in a big pit. By the time she joined the expedition, the members of the team had already proven themselves trustworthy, it was Elizabeth who gave them trust, she’s the one who convinced Sheppard to join the expedition, and forced the military to promote him, she let Rodney and Teyla join the team, she put Carson and then Keller in charge of the medical staff, and then convinced them that they could do it, when they believed they couldn’t. But since the writers would make a random character, like Keller, Teal’c or Rodney drop in a line, saying just what a good job carter was doing, while they never bothered to do that with Elizabeth, there are a few who might say she did better.

dudes elzabeth weir is an awsome chareter and if they really are cannceling atlantis she would be perfect for universe GO ELIZABETH but she has to be played by Torri Higgininson ( i total killed her last name)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!

Bring Back Weir She Should be the Leader Not Anyone else I Do Respeak Torri's Decision So If She Does Decide to Come Back That would Be Great But If She Doesn't then Good Luck to Torri She was the Bestest Actress On The Planet and The Bestest Leader EVER.

Wier- Here is how the story could be written.
Forget non interference by the "ancients" this time
Uberoth found alive on a replicator world wanting to destroy the ancients. Wier still is in his database. The ancients allow her consciousness to be assended- to battle him. and as a reward she will be given back her body- a human to live once more in service of Atlantis. How's that for a storyline
