Issue:
Times are hectic. With many families having both parents working and kids involved in many activities such as sports, music lessons, dance, scouting, on top of their school responsibilities it's no wonder the family dinner time is sometimes almost nonexistent.
Belief:
Family dinner time is crucial to staying connected with one another. It provides an opportunity for families to communicate, maintain positive relationships, and have fun. Studies have shown that having dinner as a family can lower the risk of kids getting involved in drugs, alcohol, and other destructive behaviors.
