I think, Fidelity, in a marriage is very important, I think honor, and trust,are two very important, traits,spouses are suppose to share everything with each other,and know what's going on in each other's life,that's why I find marriage a wonderful bonding experience!!!

Fidelity is very important to a marriage. However, things happen in life and until someone is faced with a spouse that has not lived up to his/her vows, I do not think a person would know how they would react. In many cases it can make a marriage stronger and at other times infidelity could be the final straw. Also, children play a big factor in whether or not a person would stick it out and try to make it work. I think you MIGHT could forgive a person one time, but if he/she does it again, kick them to the curb.

I think fidelity is very important but depending on each individuals circumstances as to whether it remains that way and how it can be worked out is the question. Most of us will never know unitl we get there as with anything in life. Forgiveness, not punishment is key to making it work.
