Freedom of Leonard Peltier

Description: We hereby urge the Honorable Judges to look into the case of Leonard Peltier. There is sufficient evidence that this Anishinabe/Lakota human rights activist is innocent. In court the prosecuting attorney admitted that the US Government nor the Federal Bureau of Investigations have any idea who killed FBI agents Jack Coler and Ronald Williams; the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals decided that the FBI coerced witnesses, had committed perjury, fabricated falso evidence, and withheld crucial evidence proving Leonard Peltier's innocence. We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act now to FREE LEONARD PELTIER

MichaelR(B.B.B.09)we hold up nelson mandela as an example in this country of how horrible it can be in"other"countrys that dont recognize human rights like "we" do.nelson spent 25 yrs as a politcal prisoner.and we still teach our kids how horrible that is.yet most kids in america have never heard of leonard peltier.a political prisoner right here in america for 30 yrs and counting.this is the kind of crap that michell obama was probably talking about when she said she had not been proud of our country in a long time.
He is a real American hero. He fought for his land, and the rich whites locked him up. He has been in jail way too long. And I don't beleive what you see on TV anyway!! What about the tens of thousands native American killed, when their lands were stolen. Id rather give amensty to Peltier than all those illegals !!
Someone out there KNOWS THE TRUTH that PELTIER IS INNOCENT!!
