Ms. Hasselback is contentious, intolerant and so very much like the person who insists on their being right regardless of all evidence to the contrary. She is a harpy that needs to practice humility. I am one of many who watch the show. Iam a Blk Male who enjoys watching the morning show and seeing the view that these worldly women project. Then came Hasselbeck WHO CONSTANTLY ARGUES HER POINT TO PROTECT ALL OF THE TERRIBLE THINGS THAT MOST OF US ARE LIVING THROUGH. THERE IS NO PLACE FOR HER ON THIS SHOW. ITNIS DISCUSTING TO LISTEN TO SOMEONE ARGUE A POINT THAT MANY OF US KNOW IS A LIE. She needs to be removed from this cast. She is the new type of republican that has gotten hers and does not care about anybody else. I like many I have spoken to are turning off the view.

How can you you start such a discusssion? Elisabeth has a right to voice her "view" without all the others ganging up on her. At first I could not even believe this petition, but then I remembered the type of intolerance there is on the part of the left that has always touted the right to free speech and tolerance (as long as you agree with them). Ms. Hasselbeck has my deepest respect for standing in there with the other "hosts" on that show and taking the beatings that she gets, IF it where a conservative leaning show like the Talk Radio shows that various "Leftest" concerns are trying to silence there would be such an UPROAR! "They" would be screaming intolerance or racism IF it where Whoopy or whoever the load mouthed woman screaming at Ms. Hasselbeck is that was being treated that way! I think the producers are weak in the fact that for the show to REALLY be pertinent it should be balanced with different points of view represented, but then... it is called "The View" unfortunately its a very dim view and anyone watching this show does not have the intelligence or open mindedness to debate or tolerate a different "VIEW" - keep drinking the purple kool-aid and stay stupid - ignorance IS bliss.

Elisabeth offers different opinions than others but thats what makes the show so good. I do not think they should get rid of her. Just because you don't agree with her doesn't mean she is not doing a great job. In fact I think she's one of the best.

I have been watching the view for a long time. There has been several times lately that I have just had to turn it off as I can't stand Elizabeth. There is a way to show your feelings and attitude...She doesn't know how...I am sick of her "know it all" and disrespectful attitude, and her "talking over" other panel members. Until she is removed I probably will not watch any more. It is just too frustrating.

I do not think they should get rid of her. Sure she's annoying, but the show is called THE VIEW which should mean differing viewpoints. If you don't agree with her tough! Get over it. Maybe she's seems to take it to heart because she's outnumbered by liberals.
