Hey

All viewers of the TV show the View! I would like to start a petition to get Elizabeth Hasselbeck off of the show. She is a hinderence to this great show I'am a big fan but, I find it very difficult to watch anymore because of her constant attitude, fighting, and know it all personality. If she remains on the show I will no longer watch!! I hope that this will help to get her removed from the show, as it has been rumored that it has been a consideration anyway.. I do fear that the ratings for this show will go down if she remains!!!!

Well my goodness...NJ and VA...how about that!!! Go GOP. Just when a lot of liberals were chanting that the GOP was dead. Olbermann was so upset last night that he was swearing on his show! He called Wilson a SOB and said for Glenn Beck and the 912ers to GO TO HELL. I can't believe he can talk like that on a so called news show. MSNBC must be mad too!

Hi Mirn! Hows it going down in Arkansas. Do you still have Huck? I see things are the same on here. BTW, had a great time visiting W.Va and particularly enjoyed Harpers Ferry and Shepherdstown. Fall foliage was peak in Blue Ridge Mtns./Shenandoah Valley where I was. Heard some people order "sweet tea" in a restaurant.

Yes Huck is still here. Big boy--gave us fits last week when we tried to worm him and trim his hooves--he and Adorabelle gave us fits--I call them our "Demogoats" LOL I bet the foliage was gorgeous. It is very pretty here also. But WET. DId you see our floods on TV? I am drinking some sweet tea right now!!!

Oh no...you went to WV? My home state. I'm heading that way before too long. It is a beautiful state...the mountains are beautiful in the fall and also when they are covered with snow. I know you were talking to Mirn but she won't mind me "butting in". LOL We are friends now.

i took forgranted how lovely the show was when Elisabeth was on her last maternity leave. i can't even make it through the first 15min now that she is back. She doesn't represent even 1 women i have ever met in my life. it would be heaven if Barbara would give her the ax. sick of it in wisconsin.

What's wrong with Elisabeth having a different opinion? Elisabeth speaks for a lot of us who don't believe in the "anything goes" life philosophy. I watch it when I can and have to put up with Joy's facial expressions and whiny voice. If you can't handle Elisabeth then don't watch...I really don't think she's going anywhere until she's ready to leave. The show was far from lovely without her....it was pretty boring most of the time. How interesting can it be when there's four women who all think the same way? Occasionally Sherri will side with Elisabeth but other than that, it's usually four to one. Can't imagine why people can't handle those odds!

Patti P I hope you don't mind me butting in here but what's wrong with Melissa M having a different opinion to you? Somehow you contradict yourself,you defend Elisabeth's right to have a different point of view and yet you deny Melissa the same right!This is a petition to get Elisabeth off The View,so it makes sense that people who visit this forum would agree with this caption and are therefore entitled to post their opinion without being criticized for it.

No,I don't want to silence her and I didn't say her tone is annoying,I said her "mannerism" is.But now that you mentioned it,yes her tone isn't exactly the most engaging sound either.Is it possible that YOU want to silence ME because you don't like what I'm saying or don't agree with my opinion!

Well if you heard it so many times before,maybe there is some truth in it then? It gives you a general idea of how many people feel about her. Open your mind Patti,there are many out there who don't like the way she conducts herself in debates just like there are people like you who like it. Believe it or not,I'm not that fanatical about politics,of course I'm interested in what's going on in our country but I'm not watching "The View" to get informed about politics,I watch it for many different reasons but manly for entertainment and an hour of "feel good".Does that make sense?...I could care less whether she is a Republican or Democrat,her demeanor has nothing to do with her political leanings.Would she be a Liberal,I would still feel the same.

I watched The View online long enough to see Bill O'Reilly. Pretty calm. I didn't think what Barbara said about his book was very nice...that everyone in the audience was getting the book and they could burn it or use it for whatever they want to. I hope he doesn't go on there again.
