Joe Francis Creator of the "Girls Gone Wild" videos was imprisoned by Florida police. They arrested him for shooting a video clip of two 17 year old girls performing sexual acts. Joe was unaware that this happened and he was not there at the time of the shooting. Plus the video never aired and the girls lied about their age. Joe Francis also says that they refused him bail. Currently he is in prison in Nevada on tax violation charges there he can get out on bail but does not want to because he feels that the he will be arrested again and sent back to a Florida Prison where he claims he was treated unfairly.
Joe Francis believes that this is all being done to get back at him for revenge because they did not want him shooting in their town. He has not been official charged with anything yet. He is not a flight risk. Even people who were accused of murder like OJ were able to post bail. He believes he should at least be able to get out on bail until the trial which he believes that he can't lose.

It's up to the courts to decide if he should be able to post bail. Since that was the courts initial decision it should not be reversed and he should be in prison until the trial is done.
