Issue:

Philly continues to lead the big cities in murder rates and has one of the highest crime rates. Plus Philly continues to be above average among big cities for robbery, rape, assault and violent crimes including home thefts and car thefts.

Belief:

By making just a few changes, Philly can be taken back as the city of Brotherly Love.  We must take action now to win back the city and make it safe again for ourselves our children and our friends.
