Description:
With the stories coming out about the living conditions at Fort Bragg and the memories of the recent Walter Reid scandal..
Its time the American people rise up and let our government know that we want our troops to have an improved quality of life..
Update the living conditions and maintain them.
Give the troops an across the board raise of at least 25 percent.
For all they do for the country, improving the quality of life of our enlisted men and women is the least we can do as a people..
Why cant we improve the quality of life for ALL Americans?
I'm ex Navy, and all of our stuff was horribly out of date. I feel sorry for my friends in the sandbox (Iraq) and know that any help to these guys is needed.
As a retired marine vet I agree that our vet's are not being treated rite ,as a Viet Nam Vet I see hunderds of homeless vet's living on the streets of our cities. and some across the White House! this is a national discrase.... wake up Americia!
Don't forget about the veterans either. Being a vet, I know what the conditions are like in VA hospitals. For one thing, we need better doctors. Most are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to medicine. We have one in Pa. that had 4 cases of malpractice pending when he got hired by the Va.
I totally agree, we gotta do something about this!
MichaelR(B.B.B.09)one of the real tragadies is how no one is even talking about the fact that many soldiers familys are unable to feed thier children without assistance.but even more critical to the soldier on the line is tha fact that both our troops and our equipment are worn out by poor planning, extended deployments lack of proper equipment or resuply even if rested our troops are not even half as well supplied as the blackwater mercenarys making$1000 to $2000 a day and both get their pay from the same place.us.WTF is the mater with us?
