I think there should be an international fun day.  I think it should be on a Wednesday so people can’t just use it to make a longer weekend.  It should be in the fall or spring so that northern and southern areas of the world will be at about the same climate.  And everyone should just go out and have some fun.  No chores, no laundry, no cleaning (unless you really enjoy cleaning).  Everyone should be allowed at least one day of pure fun every year.
