Description:
On Jan 15th at the Macworld Expo, Steve Jobs accounced several software updates for both the iPhone and the iPod Touch. Although the updates to both devices are similiar, the iPhone updates were free - while the iPod Touch updates need to be purchased for $19.99. Sign this petition if you believe the iPod touch updates should be just as free as those provided to the iPhone.

It daes not make sence thah I just purchase my Ipod Touch, an it comes with a 1.1.5 sofhtware, It is not legal they sell the units with the old sofware and expect us to pay for the updates.
