I am amazed, appalled and highly offended by it. Global Warming; It is a SCAM. Yes, global warming is a scam and there is no substantial proof of it other than hear say that is blindly repeated by those who have no fundamental grasp of the concept.
I have to be clear here, whether global warming is a myth or not, is besides this. What this movement is about is producing (us, (as humans, fellow animals, livers and inhabitants of and off the earth) to be more conscious of our impact on the environment. Which is also crucial to our survival and longevity, and our continuing need for resources. Once we learn how to properly, and in a regenerative form, learn how to ACT with our waste. Will we then be able to live in a balanced ecosystem of our own. The Native Americans had the ideology, if not THE philosophy of living on earth. Respect it, Don't take too much, utilize what you do have, and be thankful. That's the Message Jim!

Globla warming would be happening whether we go green or not; all the pollution is just speeding it up. It's happened before, it'll happen again. Take a Geology class.
WOW!!!!! People religious views are not scientific fact. I believe that the bible was written as a way to teach people how to treat the world around them, other humans and themselves. I ask you this if God created the Earth don't you think that he would of made polluting this wonderful land a sin? I don't know but it seems likely to me. I agree the Planet has changed several times and will do it again it's inevitable. I believe we are speeding up that process. Not to mention the junk we put in the air and soil makes it way into our bodies. You can have that junk and pollute your Earth I however will treat my Mother earth with kindness and respect regardless if Global Warming is a myth. I cannot believe your remarks concerning the creation of earth. You seem informed on the tragedy of pollution, yet you show a lack intelligence as concerns the fact of God's creation. Open your eyes to the world around you. Is it possible that you can see the litter but you can't see the miracles around you that can only be explained by the love of a caring Creator? Chance can't explain the creation of this world. If it was a big bang, who pulled the switch? If swirling gasses caused the bang, what caused them to swirl? Don't be so concerned with the trash people pollute with, that you can't recognize the obvious Creator of the world you are trying to protect.

I think people are blind to see reality and will use any excuse not too see what's really happening. Hollywood's The Highlander Source is a way for us to see what's coming. Planets are rebirthing in chaotic measures right now and the Apocalypse (calypso-potc) is nearer than we all think, if anyone wants to survive go to the mountains now and bring enough to share!!!!!!

That usually shows through my experience that either the person hasn't read it or they aren't strong enough of character to live up to its example so they try to tear it down whenever they can. I think it is a scam. There are many weather changes that have been occurring over millions and millions of years and it has been going on before humans walked the earth.

Global warming is not a scam. It is a veryreal catastrophe gradually altering the ecosystem. The developed countries are the real perpetrators
of the phenomenon. Overexploitation of the
natural resources, cutting down of the evergreen forests(which never regrows), altering land use
and the all enveloping pollution are only a few factors responsible for the monster. The developing countries can't be held responsible
for it as they are only beginning to enjoy
the fruit of development recently. The concept is not a figment of imagination.

I don't think it is quite as simple as real vs. scam. I think it is a good idea to limit pollution in all aspects of our life. As for climate change it is hard to say how much of an effect we have had on our world. There are scientists on both sides. We have only really been making accurate temperature measurements for the last 100 years or so. All other data is gleaned from ice cores, digging, and I guess people writing down, it was really hot to day, or I froze my ears off today. The problem with science is that it is not an exact science. It is more like a petri dish than a printout of results. They collect their data and debate it and eventually someone's data wins. I know there was a lot more snow when I was a kid, and I really don't remember as many 60 degree days in January. Do I know what that means? No. Is there anything I can do about it? Not really. Am I going to change my lifestyle? ... A wise frog once said, "It ain't easy bein green."
I agree with what your saying to a degree. It was true that there were scientists on both sides of the debate, but this has change quite a bit in the last 5 years. I think the only scientists left on the global scam side are the ones who are invested or paid very generously by the oil, automobile & similar industries that like the billions of dollars in profits, while they drag their feet dishing out piece meal funding for R&D. Sure no one can be absolute about this issue, our climate is not an exact science as there are many variables. But like my wise old parents & grandparents always said "better safe than sorry" Hybrids, solar, hydro, wind.......I want it all. This nation has all the wealth, technologies, and ability to do whatever needs to be done. The only thing we lack is motivation. I rather run my equipment on bio-diesel and pay $5/gal made right here in the USA then pay $4/gal for gas made with foreign oil. As for the amount of snow we had back in the 60s & 70s they have become a childhood memory. For now? the future is up to us. I only want to pass on to my children and their children a world that they can live in & enjoy as much as I have! Lets all not be afraid of change too, its not as hard or as scary as you think.

It doesn't really matter if global warming is a scam or not, every person in their right frame of mind can see what man is doing to the world. Just look out your window if you live in a big city and you'll see the effects of pollution all around you. I can only speak for myself when I say that I for one want smog free skies and water that won't mutate me. Sure the climate has changed in the past and is constantly changing, but humans have the power through their actions or inactions to influence those changes in today’s times. I don't care if Gore follows the green lifestyle, that's his choice, he is only one man, it's the rest of the world that matters. Everyone can make a difference why wait for someone famous to do it first?
