amen charlotte,I've never seen a snow leopard and I love cat creatures,and what a beutiful animal,when I heard about the white tiger biting the trainer on back of the neck I knew right away,people saying it should be put down,I knew if you ever owned pets or watch nature shows the way cats pick up there young behind the neck and the guy even said it was his fault later and how he thought it was trying to protect him by pulling him out of danger the only way it knew because something had gone wrong during the act,I just don't see why it would be hunted,people get mad at me for telling them I just don't see it its not a sport to me it never will be

What have cats ever done to us? they keep us company and some large pet cats such as tigers even protect people as well as give them love and cuddles. Many people think lions, leopards etc. are dangerous but they are no more dangerous than your average domestic cat. If a cat fears for its life or safety or that of anothers it will act in the only way it knows how, using its natural animal instincts, defence. It will either strike with its nature given claws or bite with its powerful jaws. However it acts, it acts because it needs to. So if you ever find yourself in a cats den, unless it knows you, it might pounce because your in its comfort zone, in its haven, in its safe place, it will think you are going to attack so it will warn you off. It wont actually kill you like people say, but it might accidentally scratch you.
i watched this program about a man who has his own lion, which he's kept since it was a cub, it resounds in his backyard. It has its own cage of course but mainly for its own benefit, so it has its own enclosure, home. He plays with the lion who is absolutely huge, one of the biggest and about 3 times the mans weight and size. When he played with it, it caught him slightly with his claw, but it wasn't deep at all. Just like a normal cat scratch.
So don't judge a cat by its stripes, or spots in a leopards case, until you know all the facts.
So make sure you support the great cats, especially since most of them are endangered. And just think about your pet cats at home and ask yourself would you like this to happen to them and what are you going to do about there ancestors that are struggling for survival, facing extinction and even getting hunted down. You've heard about people killing cats for their coats, well guess what were not just talking about past tense here, were talking about present!

How can people harm these beautiful creatures? Just leave them along. They have the right to live!

These animals are so beautiful, amazing. I really hope they are given the chance to come back & thrive.

Please do as much as you can to save those wonderful animals.

They are such beautiful animals, what possible harm they could do? Are we humans going to destroy every animal species on this Earth? It sometimes seems so. I'm going to look up if snow leopards exist in Canada and if they are being hunted to extinction here. I hope the U.S. law is passed to protect these beautiful animals.

snow leopards are amongst the few white furred animals left in the world. why do ppl always feel they must destroy nature's wonders is beyond me but if i can do anything to prevent them then i'll do so gladly.

Wearing real fur is cruel and I can't help it but say those who make the fur coats are evil, especially if they skin the animals themselves. SAVE THE SNOW LEOPARDS!

There is no need to wear fur. We do not live in the prehistoric age anymore. We have other materials to make coats from. This is an extremely wasteful extravagance on fur wearing peoples' parts!

They deserve to live as much as humans do...

I feel Canada,and the United States Government should take a interest in our wildlife ;since were the ones taking from the land to support our needs;I think we have a few minutes to think about thee animals needs and rights.I feel supporting the extinction of leopards should be on our agenda.I also feel it makes more sense to the government to sell and produce faux fur and a more productive cost then it does to go shoot the animal, clean the fur;and go through alot more production cost to sell it .Faux fur is just as beautiful and cost alot less. as you see I love animals , and hope my support helps.
