Are you sure you graduated from high school? From your typing I am not so sure. no children should not have babies, but the only way to stop it is for parents to get off the couch and pay attention to what the kidos are doing.

I agree while we can not stop underage sex we can at least try to promote safe sex to help lessen disease and pregnancies.
