Legalize Voluntary Executions14 Signatures
Description:Any persons sentenced to prison for longer than 20 years should be entitled to voluntary execution by lethal injection. There shall be state provided counseling sessions to ensure that the prisoner is not simply clinically depressed or being coerced to request the lethal injection. oh wow are you serious??? I don't think you realize what u r saying . So you are saying commit legal suicide right? What if you're innocent? My God, so you're saying don't fight. Do you even know how much corruption there is in the city, county, state and even government offices? I mean, wow and even if you give up the fight at least die in the fight. Please, just remember even the Angels are warriors.
Ummm... yes I do realize what I am saying. and yes, it would be legal suicide. I would assume that the innocent would not be lining up for the needle or pills. So you suspect that getting the doctors and witnesses to agree that the execution was not voluntary would be easy? One could put requirements in place to protect people from being volunteered. I do not think that we would be seeing a rush to the counselors offices for people wanting to use this law. I just feel that the option should be there for them. While I believe in capital punishment I realize the system is screwed up. There are innocent people getting executed, but it is the best system around. And... the Angels are a baseball team. If the people are really innocent, God will make that decision.
