No way. I don't deny she does some okay music but it would ruin the film. Even worse if she got a part in it.

I have to admit that when I was a teenager I truly loved Madonnas 'True Blue' songs but she or her music belongs no where near that adorable Edward Cullen or the rest of the fantastic cast of Twilight movies. Ever! Afterall, she is no longer a Material Girl. She is a material has been!

i personally dont like her at all. but i kno tht she aint in the movie cuz they already have every1 picked out for new moon. but if she was then i would still go n see it but pretend tht she was some1 else cuz she sucks.

Don't put Madonna on the soundtrack or in the movie! One of the best things about the Twilight movie was that many of the featured actors and actresses were not huge celebrities. It creates a different atmosphere for the movie. You can really imagine that they are the character they play because you haven't seen them on a million magazines and heard their life storie over and over. When you watch a movie with Brad Pitt you know its Brad Pitt it can be distracting. If you can seperate the person from the character you will enjoy the film more and this is easier when the actors are not big name celebrities. More importantly the music plays a big role in the same way. When you are hearing popular music (or radio music as I like to call it) in scenes it can really pull you out of the story. Its been used before, or the song is overplayed. Whatever it may be, give us somethng fresh and new. I agree with Stephanie L. don't give us the next Hollywood-Disney production.

Also, totally agree with everybody saying: Don't make the movie the next Hollywood- Disney production. The books are dark as puberty and myterious as first gained experiences(if u know what I mean...) So : No Jonas bros. or Vanessa Hudgens girls. (Not sexy!!!!) And stick with the music and choice of actors presented so far. It's awesome!!!! Yeah to better special effects but not too many. Keep the money for making a great movie and not for some spoiled wannabes. The great kissing scenes and the love affair, even physically, should be paid the center of attention. It is all about the great emotions: love, the loss of each other, hurt, the ungoing feelings even being apart etc. So why would anyone want bubble gum then? Madonna? Jonas Bros.? It would not be mean either to rate the movie so only viewers from 16 years on could watch it. Those who are going to be mad at me saying this I only recommend: wait 2/3 more years and it would be all worth it to see Bella and Edward do it the big love way. The kissing scene Edward/Bella sooooo hot!!!!What do u think!? I mean it would be too bad if all the 12 and 13 year olds would ruin their magical moments just because the big bosses want more money. Most of all, it is the sexual tension combined with the eternal love that is dwelling in that story right?

And still no to Mad donna Esther or whatever her name is now, of course!!!!!

Hello, I just want to support all the people who think that Madonna had better taken care of her kids and be a mom and understand that she's getting to old for the Entertainment business, therefore there is and never was no need for her talents in the incredible cool movie series. Who on earth wants to see her/hear her? The first movie proved it can be great without so called experienced artists. The music is awesome and the actors too! The show should feature not so well known but talented and good looking people as it has already done!!! Me likee Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart etc. as Edward and Bella etc. Please don't make the movie too mainstream!!!! Because the books are way beyond that. (In the most postive way, of course!!!!)
