ty, Randy H, I did not download I was buying in, not one person I dealt with was telling me, "hey simon this is wrong", not the people I brought from and not customs, u.k customs stopped my parcels inspected my parcels and then released them to me, even f.a.c.t before they saw them on the day of the raid 100% insisted what I was selling were pirates but then had to spend $20,000 of taxpayers money to have them shipped off and examined because they were not so sure, and the police said they could not tell the difference, I have never been in trouble never broken the law, I have not even got a point on my driving license, the trading standards officer told me in December just past, "Im really sorry about what happened to you, it was not my intention", what was not the investigationg going to prison ?....he has even told me he would explain to any employee wanting to employ me so he can explain to them ?.

I agree with the survival part but problem is if they find out you kept it a secret they could take legal action against you, then your in even more trouble and try explaining that on top of the misdomeaner!!!......rules and peoples understanding of misdomeaners and minor criminal records need to change....right ?, if you want to talk email me sk002g2024@blueyonder.co.uk
