my vote is for sasuke.
he can use all taijutsu , ninjutsu and genjutsu.
to think that his genjutsu dfeated itachi!

I think that both naruto and sasuke are strong, although their techniques are very different, both have the potential to become hokage. Naruto is stronger because of his will and determination, with an increasing chance of victory with his unique chakra and talent. Sasuke's talent and great knowledge of both ninjutsu and genjutsu, combuined with his high level intellect would seem an impossible feat for naruto, but battles cannot be won with a genius mind if what drives that mind is malice and hatred.
