In a recent interview, Stephenie Meyers was asked about her feelings on the leak of Midnight Sun and how she feels about how her fans feel.  She obviously is very sad that the leak happened and said that she WILL NOT be continuing Midnight Sun.  She said she may wait for years and then release it after people have "forgotten" about it.  But she will not be releasing it anytime in the near future.  Reasons why: because she says her fans have too many feelings on what the book should be about.  She feels that people have way too many feelings on how the book SHOULD go, and that's too big of an expectation.  What I feel is that we need to let Miss Meyers know that it doesn't matter how she writes it or how it all unfolds.  She knows what's best for her books and her characters.  It's her world that she has created.  We don't care exactly what happens.  Our feelings about how the books should continue (with Renesmee and Jacob or Bella and Edward and how she experiences her new powers etc.), aren't us stating that it's how the books SHOULD go and HAVE to go.  Its all of us just saying that there were too many loose strings at the end.  And that she can continue it in so many ways and that by stopping, she is leaving her readers hanging, but yet nothing to wait for.  It's an unfinished story. I feel it's our way of saying "Stephenie, just give us more!!!!!  Write however you want.  Don't listen to other peoples expectations and such.  Just simply give us more!".  Maybe I'm the only one who feels this way though.  Maybe you other fans feel the book HAS  to go the way you want it to rather than with her own creativity.  Let me know how you guys feel!  Am I wrong?
