Description:

We would like to encourage President Bush & other top political leaders to organize an effective nationwide pet neutering program. Our goal is to end the tradgedy of animal mistreatment & abandanment brought on by pet overpopulation. We also want to end the mass killing of pets in animal shelters because of pet overpopulation.

I think this is a fantastic idea. I think it would help if we got vets involved with this. Maybe everyone could contact vets in their area and have them add to the petition as well as a seperate letter to our fearless leaders in Washington.
