Parade Topless on July 4Forum Discussion for Parade Topless on July 4 Submitted by Donald Y. on Tue, 08/12/2008 - 09:37
Give me a break! Cowards comparing war to a naked lady what garbage! Its your media that chooses to show you this and you allow it so stop whining and deal with it.. A parade has many children and it is something that I would get irate about if my kids were still young and I took them to the parade.. I used to work in Ashland and they have strange ordinances. Protect the kids say no to her, if you can't handle the war turn of your TV! You only see what the cowardly people's agenda. Submitted by Jedi P. on Fri, 07/04/2008 - 05:57
In support of everyone's choice: For those worried about children and the sight of breasts, stop the starvation of children. Such sights are perfectly innocent and mean no more than dinner untill dirty minded adults try to change the view. And for those that think any more of themselves fully clothed they should perhaps look again. ^Their horse isn't as high as they might think it is. I have never left the house or anywhere with out my birthday suit and don't plan on changing that regardless of the accomaning attire, If anyone thinks they can better their wardrobe and leave their God given beauty or lack there of behind, I for one encourge them as they will be gaining more news than any other for fufilling the natural selection of the species, Go ahead and try to leave your Birthday suit in the closet. Walking around in Armani minus your and it will be great for traffic as everyone will have an ambulance to follow to the parade clearing our path right to the wise ones beside the empiror & his new clothes. I hope women every where are able to take note Some countries still have the death penalty for such choices, welcome to America the land of the brave, and a Chosen few willing to lay down the ultimate for their right to choose their life, freely. ~JPF- Submitted by KAREN R. on Fri, 07/04/2008 - 03:59
being naked in public isn't appropiate. keep your cloths on and enjoy yourself. you will get no where with your law suit. Submitted by Nancy M. on Thu, 07/03/2008 - 19:02
Perhaps, she can spend her time in a more productive way........trying to get attention like that would be better at a bar........not in a parade where children are present! Put some clothes on and get a grip on what's important in life....showing your naked body serves no positive purpose whatsoever! Submitted by Mike B. on Thu, 07/03/2008 - 16:03
Sure, but hope she has a clear agenda. If approved, parade officials would have to get the word out so parents can discriminate as to whether to take their "underage" (whatever age that is), children. TV networks will also need to be privy as of course they will censor the image as many have stated. I'm a physician and would make the same assertion if the women were heavy, older, etc. I would also hope the councilman would do the same. I liked the comment that increased traffic might be a problem...addressing a need to direct traffic. If going topless was much less of an issue, there would be no traffic problems to address. Hey, this issue is old news to us Ontarians up here in the Great White North. Submitted by Lee E. on Wed, 07/02/2008 - 23:10
She's just another idiot looking for cheap attention. In a world where people are actually in great need and distress, it's just plain pitiful that this self-absorbed moron would have people believe that, by walking around half-naked, she is actually doing something – talk about symbolism over substance! Quit trying to call attention to yourself and calling it important. Try actually doing something for a change! Submitted by Dru N. on Sun, 07/06/2008 - 08:29
Well what the hell are you doing you lazy old fart! Get of your ass and do something instead of wasting your time on the internet. Submitted by Matthew D. on Wed, 07/02/2008 - 21:59
As long as it's legal in the area in question for her to be topless, I don't see a problem, if the parade is televised, they'll just have to censor her image. Submitted by Matthew D. on Wed, 07/02/2008 - 21:53

Would that councilman make the same statement if she was a large woman and not so shapely? Loading People... |
