PAY OCTOBER ROAD FORWARD
Many devoted fans are coming out of the woodwork to help save our beloved show and are fighting to bring it back for MANY more seasons to come! *CALLING ALL ROADIES* We all want the same thing - to save October Road! In the process of this campaign we will also be helping which is always a good thing to do! Here is how it will work.
We purchase a copy of the 1st season of October Road on DVD. Take it to our local libraries and donate it to their DVD section. Along with this you will take the form letter to the contact person there at the library and explain to them that you are participating in a campaign to save this show and would like to donate that copy to their section. Then have them sign this form that you did this and if they have a library stamp with their address on it, have them also stamp the bottom of the letter. NOTE: If you have other books or DVD's you have been looking to get rid of and would like to donate at that time, have the library make note of this also on the letter. They create movie care packages and ship out weekly. Also, the DVD's get passed on to others when they are finished , and that's GREAT! All you have to do is click and ship!
When you have done all of this, send the related letter back to ABC. I know that maybe some are hesitate about spending that $20 or so, but I have looked at it this way, I will just give up my "pizza night" this week and spend it on buying this DVD to donate. Save your receipt and a copy of the letter, it will be tax deductible!! INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Purchase a copy of October Road 1st Season. 2. Visit your local library and donate, making sure to get the letter stamped (if possible) and signed by the receiving person. If you have chosen to send a copy to soldiers overseas, please make a copy of your receipt and print out the appropriate form in the link above and send both to ABC after you donate your DVD. 4. Make sure YOU sign the letter and add all of the appropriate information needed. Mail to ABC. (Address to ABC is on the letter) 5. Make sure to post at the Yahoo group, here or on the ABC October Road message boards after you donated. Please specify the town and state you are from and the library where you donated. I miss October Road...it was a great show and I can't believe ABC would cancel it....What do we need to do to save this great show and great cast??

I love October Road!!! Please bring it back? I have to know what happens with Janet and Eddie.
I feel funny saying it, because it is just a show after all, but I do really miss October Road. I always looked forward to the show and loved the characters. How can we not find out who Sam's father is????? Just when I was spreading the word about the show to friends, I find out they pulled it! Didn't Seinfeld have a bad first season too?
I think it is absoulutly unfair that October Road was cancelled...instead we are now stuck with crappy reality shows, instead of truly entertaining programs...ABC should hang thier heads in shame!! BRING BACK OCTOBER ROAD!!! PLEASE!!!

I miss October road, it is a show that my husband and I can both agree to watch. It is a time we can spend together watching October Road. it is a fantastic show, and don't know how it didn't get enough of whatever to keep it going. BRING IT BACK!
Please bring back October Road. I watch little or no TV but I was totally hooked on the show. I feel like I have been abused by ABC everytime I start watching a program frequently on their network they cancel it on me. PLEASE BRING IT BACK. THANK YOU!!!!
Please bring October Road back...How will we ever find out about Eddie and Janet, who is Sam's father, is Nicks Dad gonna be OK, will Big Cat and Hannah get hitched, there is just so much more, don't leave us hanging!!!! BRING IT BACK!!!!!
Please bring back October Road, there was so much that was untold.....my man and I barely watch any shows together yet this was one of them and he wants it back as bad as I do, in fact he is the one that has been hounding me about when it airs again, so do all us junkies a favor snd PUT IT BACK ON!

O.k. I am a busy mother of 3 and have so much going on. I have given up all my T.V. shows because I have no time, except October Road. That is my one hour of "me time" that I get a week. Please bring it back. If I turn into a crazy wack-a-doo because I have no "me time" It will be on your heads! We love October Road!!!!
They better bring this show back! It was the only show my fiance and watch together and get caught up in the characters. Please too much was left undone. We need OCTOBER ROAD IN OUR LIVES!
Please bring back October Road! I noticed a common thread in the previous postings, and that is the fact that many people connect with the characters in the show. Myself included!!! There is just SOOOOOO much HAPPY about October Road. Though the guys and gals have "real life" trials, they manage to stay upbeat and look to the future by way of the past. I feel the message of HOPE in every episode, plus the added benefit of loyalty, friendship, and love. Who couldn't use several doses a week of this show, especially during these depressing times. Doctors should prescribe October Road as STRESS RELIEF!

What a crime that this network is cancelling this show! My husband and I look so forward to it each week and felt so slighted to only have a few episodes when the strike was going on. There are WAY to many waste of TV time shows on and this show was a quality show with an intriguing weekly follow up. Something we looked forward to week after week and never missed. PLEASE RECONSIDER!! OCTOBER ROAD RULES!!

They say you make your Best friends in school, This show makes me think it is so true. I love this show and how it makes me feel!!! Please don't take it off,in some way we all can relate to the show. I hope this show will go on as if life does....

I don't get much time to watch t.v but October Road was the only show that I made sure I didn't miss...It was true to life situations....You need to bring the show back....

I will do anything!! if you really are reading this- I know Marty Henum. ive known her since I was in third grade shes my favorite directer. We're close. So if there is anything i can do to help bring it back just tell her. Im Mariah Thompson. and while im at it i might as well say GREAT job. "Stand Alone By Me" is my favorite epi.. I heard angela was based on a close friend, and its great that you could include her in this show. But please dont end the show. Not now.

Please bring October Road back, I have been waiting all summer for it's return. I wish networks were not so quick to cancel shows. I cant count how many times I start to like a show and then it's gone!
I have to say this show is the best! I have been waiting and waiting for it's return. I think it's plot and characters are great.
