Information on the show: Based on the best-selling book by Candace Bushnell ("Sex and the City"), this sexy new drama follows three high-powered friends as they weather the ups and downs of lives lived at the top of their game. Movie exec Wendy (Brooke Shields, "Suddenly Susan") does everything she can to balance career and family. Nico (Kim Raver, "24"), editor-in-chief of a hot fashion magazine, has her eye on becoming CEO. And free-spirited designer Victory (Lindsay Price, "Beverly Hills, 90210") longs to make her dreams come true, and maybe find "Mr. Right" along the way. Armed with humor and strength, these three modern New York women support one another through the triumphs and tears that are all part of making it big in the Big Apple. Also starring are Andrew McCarthy ("Joy Luck Club"), Julian Sands ("24"), David Alan Basche ("United 93"), David Norona ("Frasier"), Paul Blackthorne ("Big Shots"), and Robert Buckley ("Fashion House") The series is executive produced by Oliver Goldstick ("Ugly Betty"), Timothy Busfield (NBC's "The West Wing") and Bushnell. Based on the book by Bushnell, "Lipstick Jungle" is from Universal Media Studios. The pilot is directed by Gary Winick ("13 Going on 30").

This show if fantastic. We need this show, a drama with a all female lead cast. It is well written and the actress's are great. Please keep it on the air.

This show is way better than ANY other these days. I personally find it more entertaining than Sex and the City too, because it is a lot more honest. The problems the characters face are not at all made up, I can easily relate to them, and that is why I get touched or start laughing with them, feeling that I am part of something while watching an episode. I would really miss it if it was stopped.

it boggles my mind how stupid shows ... usually the ones that are male dominated ... stay on the air but a show about intelligent successful women gets axed. Give us women with brains something to watch on TV too, please!

NBC needs to give this show a chance. Both Seinfeld and Friends did poorly the first few years then became huge. Keep Lipstick Jungle - it's a smart and funny show about great women and their relationship which is not in any other show right now.

Great captivating show! I love every character. Love all there outfits, esp, Victory's wardrobe! Just what NBC needs. Keep the show going. It's more of a dramatic version of Sex and the City. Ratings will pick up in due time!!!! Don't cancel the show!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This show is witty, sexy, smart, sassy and empowering to women. I love how Wendy is a terrific mother and wife AND is still a business woman at heart, doing, having it all.
What's the matter NBC; are you afraid of powerful women?

I love Lipstick Jungle, I have read the book and look forward to this show airing every week. You finally have a show worth watching and your going to throw it done the drain. Why to air a show that will suck. You must keep this show, I love all the actors and their characters. Story line is great and I get to escape for a bit. If this show goes, so do I. And I have others who watch this show with me, and they will stop watching your shows.
