Issue:

With no clear winner, the Florida primary will be a big one. Republicans never have had a more eclectic collection of biographies to choose from than in Florida's presidential primary.

There is a guitar-playing Arkansas preacher, a former New York mayor, a former Massachusetts governor who ran an Olympics in Utah, and a libertarian Texas obstetrician who wants to abolish the IRS and replace it with nothing.

Belief:

Florida will be the terminator and cast the candiates who will be viable moving into Super Tuesday. Who will you vote for and why.

Forum Discussion for Republican Florida Primary

Wait wait wait.. you honestly think your votes counts in the state of Florida?! LMAO LMAO LMAO

Well if it comes down between McCain and Hillery and all the scandals associated with the Clintions, I will have to vote for McCain. I liked Rudy but he dropped out. And Rommey had all those mandates when he was governor. So for Super Tuesday I vote McCain.

Hmmm McCain vs. Hillary this could get interesting.

What year did the Republicans gain a primary in Florida.

He has also adopted some of the better points of Ron Paul's platform such as the fair tax plan that would eliminate the under ground economy.

I want Huckabee soley so that my YouChoose petition can come true and Stephen Colbert can be our next Vice President.

Why -
No one named Mitt should be elected - just kidding!

I like Giuliani but the polls in Florida do not appear to favor Giuliani after all he has spent there and the pool of undecided independent voters in Florida is very small for an upset.

I also like Huckabee but fear that he will never get broad national support given his positions at this time unless he moves more to the center.

McCain - Vet, Foreign Policy, strong on defense, moderate fiscal conservative - may be able to garner votes from both political parties and has the best political track record to beat Hillary (and Bill)!

Wow McCain has the support of Rambo. He can't lose!

I agree!

This may be the year to change history.
Some people (including Al Gore) believe that the Republicans lost Florida and still won last time.
It seems wide open this year on the GOP and DEM sides. I think it would be great if we actually had open conventions this year where there are no clear decisions on candidates before the conventions and at the conventions they actually decide. Leaves the door open to others that may not have even participated in the Primary Elections. Democracy in action!

Wow. 1924. No pressure. It will definitely be the terminator for at least two candidates I bet. Glad I don't vote until May.

I hope Giuliani's strategy to focus on Florida nd not attend the earlier primary's works.

Florida has long been key in the general election; Republicans have not won the White House without Florida since 1924
