Firefly and Serenity fans! This petition I created in the hopes that our aggressiveness, and loyalty to bring back our favorite tv show and movie are noticed. Joss Whedon has created an extra-ordinary universe that was stripped right from under us loyal fans, and a movie that could have potentially been made into a sequel and prequel. I urge every Firefly, every Serenity, every Joss Whedon, every Western and SciFi fanatic to vote for the return of Firefly and Serenity. If the fans of Jericho can bring back their show from hibernation, then we should be able to resurrect ours!

I'm not a sci-fi fan traditionally, but this is the best show I've seen in a long time, which says a lot. It's a sad commentary on our times that an amazing show like this, with interesting characters and endless plot lines is canceled, and stupid, brainless reality TV series stay in the air. Sad state of affairs in our country when people aren't smart enough to get this show. PLEASE BRING THE SHOW BACK! PS. who is going to send this on, and to whom will it be sent?) I agree with Mary - maybe Sci-Fi is the way to go.

Maybe Fox isn't the way to go for this show. I think it needs to be taken to Sci-Fi or some other network. Well, really it doesn't matter who picks it up so long as someone does. Loved the show and there was so much that could have been done with it.

I think it would be a great idea for Fox to pick this show back up and run it again. It really is too bad that the show got canceled. Had there been better publicity, more people would have watched it. There is a wonderful plot line that isn't so over the top that it seems unrealistic like many "future" programs that are out there.

They drop this great show and realy don't give it a fair shot and yet the keep the has been shows like 24 and B/S shows like So You Think You Can Dance WTF???

It's sad though. I really enjoyed the FIREFLY episodes; the characters and the story line are amazing. It's sad because the only way they could line up those nucleotides would be like all those decision making exec's winning all the lotteries at all the same time. They missed that boat and that train has left the station. I wish they could find those keys to that DeLorean. :-( 8

Hopefully this petition makes it to the eyes of the person who will change the destiny of Firefly, and bring some resolve to the things that were left un said, un answered, and un discovered... Bring life back to Firefly, and answer the roar we the fans have made known. =) ~A~

This show is an amazing combination of gritty old west realism and fantastic sci-fi elements. Please bring this back as the sci-fi channel has no idea what real sci-fi fans want!!!!

One of the best shows on tv and more realistic than any other space adventure shows it even beats startrack ,can't understand why it got cancelled Fox really screwed up on that one

BRING BACK FIREFLY!! It's one of the few stand out shows in a world of mediocre tv! While other shows dry up and try to push on (feebly) for continuation, there is an endless depth to Whedon's Sci-Fi/Western universe that has so much potential!

Firefly is a rare gem in the mishmash of dumbed down television. The concept is truly one of a kind. The characters are complex and endearing. This show is just amazing. It's a shame it was cancelled, but this series shows great promise.

firefly is an amazeing show with amazeing characters and the show is not like any other sci fi show with its mixture of western, humor, and there is no silly things like phasers just guns it makes you feel that it could happen in te future i would love for it to come back.
