California's gay marriage ruling could give a big boost to it’s sputtering economy, with thousands of same-sex couples from across the nation expected to converge on the state when the decision takes effect June 16th. Hotels, restaurants, florists and other wedding services are reporting a flurry of business.

Unlike Massachusetts, the only other state where gay couples can wed, California does not have a residency requirement for marriage licenses.

I think it's silly not giving the right to same sex mariage in all states of america!America is the country of liberty so it should give the rights to all people to be married.Why it's legal in canada and not in the ALL THE U.S?Hope oneday it will be leagal across all the states...with all my wishes to all nice gay people..
