Description:

While churches may choose to grant sanctuary to criminals, including illegal immigrants, they should have protection from prosecution provided that the person they are harboring remains on the property of the place of worship.

Allow the place of worship and it's members take on the liability associated with their actions.

Forum Discussion for Sanctuary Law

How long do you think that someone could really stay inside of the building or within the fences? They will have some event that will make them want to come out. It may be a wedding, funeral, birth of a child, might even be the parish deciding that they have had enough. I just think that since we hold the santity of the various churches so high... let them harbor fugitaves, but let them also be liable for any damages that the individuals that they give sanctuary to. Churches are busnesses, they will only pay to house, feed and clothe a person for so long, and their flock will have to believe in the person to do so.

It's all about the destruction of our country. The government needs to have the massive influx, given homes, welfare and taxpayer funded education to crash our economy. The government will then keep the borders open and you will fight for any job. People that rape, steal and kill go to church to be obsolved from their sins. How many rapists are priests in the church?
