Mother of 3 boys youngest graduated high school in 2005. Boy does this show hit home. My life revolved around Friday night football for 14 years then it was gone. This show replaces the way I felt on Friday nights. There aren't too many good family show on TV anymore. Leave it on the air. The movie was a hit and so is this show. Friday Night Lights must continue. This show has passion, love, drama, and really gives the feel of a Friday night in all Texas towns. Football is king here in Texas. My wife was not a fan until shw saw that I was hooked . There is still too much that needs to be answered. The show must at least have 1 more season to have closure on the actors. Your kidding right about no more? this can not be the end. What a total family representative show! true feelings, true emotion. My wife and I are 40 something and nest free, we find ourselves wishing for this small town commitment to each other( like coach and wife) and friends not to mention town folk commitment. My favorite tv show. There's not much worth looking at these days (sad to say) with all the cheap produced reality shows (99% of them are garbage). Friday Night Lights is so real. Please keep FNL!!! It is so good and captivating. I just started watching the reruns on Dish Network and I must say I don't know where I was when they originally aired, but I'm sad that I did not start watching sooner!! Please bring this show back! However lighten it up, add more humor and football, these love triangles are just getting ridiculous and sappy. And less crying from the mom! I love this show. Unfortunately I had never seen it until recently, mainly because it Friday nights. Now that I have seen it I love it. I really hope they don't cancel the show! I hope that NBC,firstly takes pride in the caliber of this program and the fantastic cast,and that secondly they continue to bring us this wonderful program.It is about time that a network brings us a superb 1 hour of amazing writing,interesting characters and top notch acting.My daughter and I have invested in the DVD box sets and sit and have a Friday Night Lights A-Thon.We are freaking out over having to wait so long for season three.Please do not remove such a fine quality and highly entertaining show from your network.It would be a horrible loss for us fans.Thank-you Submitted by abbey k. on Thu, 07/17/2008 - 20:19
