I love this show. I mean how many cop, lawyer and doctor shows can you watch. Finally they put on something different, I get into it, and then they want to take it away!!

This show has a great cast, great plots, great locations, great music, heartfelt drama, smalltime feel, questions about morals, values, and ethics. It is a show that transends age and allows the whole family to sit down together and watch a show they all can relate to. It is for all these reasons and whole slew more that attest to its multi-layered, complex narrative wrapped in a beautiful simplistic forthright telling that lead me to believe it should be cancelled. By the way can i get a job as your vice president in charge of programming. I have some great ideas for more reality crap tv.

Our whole family finally found a great show we could all watch together and even learn some life lessons in a cool way. We can not believe that it is no longer being shown--we are all greatly dissappointed in NBC and their misjudgement, and do not understand where their priorities lye. Please do what ever it atakes to bring Friday Night Lights back where it belongs!!!

Have NBC executives lost their minds? First, they plot to oust hard-working company man Jay Leno, who works tirelessly to keep NBC number one in late night ratings. Now they plan to drop Friday Night Lights, one of the few quality shows on television, and for what, another mindless "reality show"? I am truly disgusted, at how NBC has become their own worst enemy.

Please ~ don't get rid of quality TV, there is so little of it on network TV.

This is the first Ive heard of FNL getting the chop, I'm from Ireland and we get it on channel 6. It is by far the best TV show I've seen. Proper acting, great story lines and an amazing cast. Please don't cut the show. Vinny, Dublin.

Hey guys, I'm from Brazil and a huge fan of the show. Does it count if I sign the petition? They can't cancel the show! FNL is one of the best things I've seen on tv in the last few years. Great actors and great storylines, even for those of us who aren't fans or understand football for that matter (we don't have football here in Brazil:]). I really don't get why these great shows get cancelled and a bunch of reality nonsense is still on the air.
