If you want the Gilmore Girls back we have to stand together and show the cast and network how many of us there are and do something to catch their attention. The best way to do that is for us all to contact the network on the same day for the same reason. I propose that on February 20 2010 everyone go to the cwtv.com click feedback on the far right side for the subject pick station then tell your story of how you came to watch Gilmore Girls and why you want it back. spread the word on any and all fansites email your friends, create a cause on facebook, twitter etc. Good Luck!!!!!!

Gilmore Girls was a great show, I was so sad when they cancelled it, I had been watching it for years. I could watch every episode one hundred times and never get bored of it. I miss it. When I first moved into my husbands parents house I was so lonely, pregnant and after a while heartbroken. After my daughter was born we spent all our time in the bedroom, we were always alone, whether Tyler was at work, school, or in the computer room with the XBOX. It was just her and I. I loved her so much I spent every moment with her. I used to take her baby seat and put it next to the shower. One day abc family had a marathon of the Gilmore Girls reruns. I layed there in the bed with her little infant that she was and wished that she and I could one day live a life like that, just her and i working our way to the life we always wanted in a small town with an old house finally finding the love we always wanted. I thought of running away with her many times. leaving all the people who let me down and taking the only thing in my life that i had done well that I loved and loved me back for something better. whenever i needed to get away gilmore girls was there, to take me to the place i had always wished i'd end up. That show saved me. I was lonely, heartbroken, confused and overwhelmed and that show gave me hope and a place to get away from it all. I wish it were back, no that it is gone I feel so alone, we need new episodes with new hope.

I just watched the rerun of the episode where lauralai and luke broke up after the her parents renewed their vows and I cried AGAIN (seen it four times a least)! This was the best show ever and I feel we have all been cheated the way it ended. At least bring it back so that we can see a happy of ending for both of the Gilmore Girls!!!!!!!!!! So Unfair!

Cannot believe GG ended how it did! There was so much more scope for at least one further series (preferably, it would run indefinitely) and no sign of storylines 'drying up.' Retained its warmth, charm, humour and emotion right until the end. At least let us see Lorelei and Luke's wedding. The whole show focused around this relationship and right when we thought they might finally be together, it ends. How sick is that? Please bring it back, please!!

Hello there, I´m from Germany and a huge fan of the Gilmore Girls. I love everything about the series but especially the variety of caracters which are drawn so rich in detail and so wonderfully eccentric. Many times I laughed my a..off. Of course I love Rory and Lorelai (esp. Lorelai, she´s hilarious!) and the way they talk (very, very fast;-))- I do that myself;-)I also love the intense relationship between Lorelai and Luke- it was so exciting to follow their development over the years. I also like that there are so many references (literature, movies,politics etc.)in the episodes. Although sometimes it´s of course a little difficult for me as a german to get it all because they are often US related. I could go on and on describing how wonderful this series is but that would go beyond the scope...So, I wanna end with: Please, please let there be a 8th Season!!!!!!

i just can say that gilmore girls is one of the best series that were ever created. it is an amazing world rory and lorelai live in and it is just so entertaining to watch every single episode. lauren graham and alexis bledel are two great actors that underline the characters in the story and play them so well. no one else could do it like this. i hope that there will be another gilmore girls season in the future.

I'm from Germany and last month I watched Gilmore Girls for the first time. It absolutely made my day. Then, Season 7 finished and I was really shocked when I read that this should be the last episode. So I started watching season 1 - 3, and I love it, but I'm so sad about having discovered so late, how wonderfull GG is. now after every finished episode I realize "hey, one episode less to watch". I hope that one day I will read the news: "Season 8 is completed" and maybe, I even will shed some tears of joy and my boyfriend will gaze at me as I were insane. (Just excuse my mistakes, English is not my mother tongue, anyway I wanted to explain, how important GG is for mw and all the fans).

my two sisters, my mom and i used to watch this together, it was one of the few things that let us really bond. this show is funny, crazy and beautiful... even in german. we have all 7 seasons on dvd and the 8th would give us something usefull to do with our money! ;)
