I just learned that CBS has decided to cancel "Jericho." This is extremely disappointing because it is one of the best shows on televison right now. The program has found the perfect forumla for mixing politics, survival, romance, a portrayal of the modern day family in an exciting package that leaves me at the edge of my seat after each episode. Please join my campaign to keep "Jericho" on the air!

My fiance and I look forward to Jericho every week, and we TiVo it too, just in case we miss something while watching it. So we definitely do our part for the ratings! Please do not remove this show again... it's one of the only shows on right now that has any substance! And the other reason why we love it so much is because it's like a preparedness show... because if you people think this could never happen in our lifetime, you are sadly mistaken. Anyway, I'll get off my soapbox now. LONG LIVE JERICHO!!!

This is why people watch cable. The good shows are canceled without thought to fans. Jericho is different and fun and we wait for answers. Who are these over paid idiots that aren't connected to their fan bases.

Jericho is Fantastic, you can't cancel it, why is it the best shows get canceled and the rubbish ones stay, like rubbish reality shows...keep the good ones...keep Jericho

Excellent! I love Jericho. It was (I guess that's is now) intelligently written, well-acted, and terrifyingly believable. Now, if only Firefly could be brought back.

I watch Jericho as much as possible.  Its important that we all learn as much as possible about our government or the lack thereof.  There are a lot ot things that they won't tell us simply because they think we can't deal with it.  Sure, its nice to think that every day is just another day in the park but its best to be prepared as much as possible for anything that could be kept hidden for years and then suddenly become visible as a big, big problem. Then when a citizen tries to tell us about totally unclassified activity that they have seen and photograped with stills and video the citizen is accused of crimes, where the accuser has  manufactured fake evidence (that can't be used in court) and encouraged the general public to  perform vigilante acts on their target.  We all want to believe the authorities but many times they have their own agenda.

I'll support this on the grounds that Les Moonvies also cancelled Veronica Mars, and therefore, that gives me sufficient reason to question his native intelligence.

why even start watching any new shows  I enjoy Jericho and what are the networks thinking.   If they really want to cancel and show why not the crappy Monday night comedy drag on.  This season could stand to even lose the amazing race that a bore and a half and keep Jericho in those time slots.  We need excitment to keep us in our seats.

Im so glad to hear that this has been brough back.  Im sick of the networks cancelling good shows before even coming close to showing some type of ending.  We as fans invest our time in these shows and have them pulled out from under us without finding out all these show secrets.  This is so irresponsible to the fans and im to the point where im not watching any new sequel shows fo fear of wasting my time.  Networks need to learn to at least clean up the screts if they plan to kill off a show.

Im looking forward to seeing the new episodes...but still nervous about wasting my time.

Yes, CBS did initially cancel Jericho, but after a very successful fan campaign to save it, CBS decided to bring it back for 7 more episodes.  We are now working to keep it on the air for season 3, 4, 5, etc.  So, stay tuned and keep a look out for it's return, which will be between October to January of this current season.  They promised to promote it so you won't miss any of the new episodes.  The season 1 DVD comes out this week on Tues., Oct 2, and sales for it will help to keep it going as well.  So, pick up your copy today from the CBS store, Amaizon or your favoite video store locally. We're hoping for a hugh sale, which will help to keep Jericho on for a definite 3rd season.  Thanks, and keep watching Jericho.

One of the best shows on tv!  I just don't get it.  I've noticed that whenever there is a good show--it's cancelled.  What I'm tired of is reality TV.  I am so sick of it!  There is nothing worth watching anymore!  I understand that its much cheaper to show a reality show then to continue with a show that has character!  Keep this one!!!

I want Johnson back..I know he died, but can't we make him come back alive?? Gezzz give the guy a 2nd season. I am happy it's back. I LOVE THIS SHOW!! Finally a show everyone can watch... What was CBS thinking??

If the idea is to havea show that people will watch, commercials and all, then CBS has a hit in Jericho. However, if the idea is to create a hit so that you can cancel it and tick off all the viewers, then Jericho would be the one to cancel. Let's see if CBS exec's have a brain or NOT!!! Keep Jericho alive.

Thank you CBS for being smart and putting reruns of the first season of Jericho back on the air. Albeit, you took this past week's episode, and put 13 episodes into one! Shame on you! I'd like to see EACH of the eipisodes once again! PLEASE PUT JERICHO BACK ON FOR THE 2nd SEASON! Everyone wants to know what will happen!

There are three in my family that are Jerico fans, we usually tape it so we can watch it together, can't always have family together on regular nite it's shown, but that's how much we like the show

Carol Barbee, Jericho producer, has put out a request for us to show support and tune in to the Reruns this summer (Fri 9PM) to show CBS we were serious. I'm setting up another campaign to show we are serious.
