I started out reading Twilight summer of 2009. It was my christmas gift and the books has since been a part of my life. I would more than love to see Midnight Sun in complete and finished version between my hands. I know the book will be finished and released, but things takes time and us fans will be supportive and patient. Take the time you need Stephenie. We will always be here, no matter what :)

And I almost cried when I read the last page of the midnight sun because I really wanted to read more!!!! Please finish the book and I'm sorry about what happened, but you can't just leave a book unfinished can you??? I had never in my life read a book cover to cover for enjoyment (only college textbooks). I have always hated reading and I am a very slow reader. BUT, I read the entire saga in less than two weeks (including Midnight Sun). I couldn't put them down. I have told everyone I know to read Midnight Sun and they agree...we really want more. I know it's hard work to write a book, but I also know that the story has to be there in SM's mind just waiting to be written. Maybe it has already been written just for her own release and satisfaction...but I really hope it gets shared with the world at some point.

Your series is the reason I still read books. They are an inspiration to everyone, and though I understand why you decided to stop writing Midnight Sun, I think you should reconsider. I wanted to wait untill the book came out, but I read all of Midnight sun that was on your website. I just couldn't resist... and Midnight Sun was such a beautiful book it would be a shame to waste such talent. Thanks so much, Stephanie, for the best series ever written. I immediately fell in love with the plot and story the minute I picked up Twilight, and I couldn't put it down until I was finished. I understand you're upset about the partial draft of Midnight Sun being released without your permission, and even though I know you didn't really want your fans seeing it.. I HAD to read it, I just couldn't wait. It is absolutely amazing and phenomenal. It is so interesting and spellbinding to see the story from Edward's point of view. It really is amazing, and anyone who doesn't enjoy it.. must be out of their minds. Please finish Midnight Sun, you would be doing the world a disgrace if you didn't. :)

I was looking for small details about you finishing and it says "June 2008 Update: In response to the outrageous number of emails that I have received with questions concerning Midnight Sun, I talked to Stephenie this weekend and she asked me to let everyone know that Midnight Sun is her next project. She has not yet finished writing it (and there is no timeline set up, so we all need to put a lot of effort into being patient for a while longer), but she is definitely still planning on having it published.
