Description:

ScienceDaily (Mar. 9, 2009) —  An international team of scientists led by researchers at the London Centre for Nanotechnology (LCN) at UCL have discovered a novel one dimensional ice chain structure built from pentagons that may prove to be a step toward the development of new materials which can be used to seed clouds and cause rain.

OK, does this seem right to you?  If you cause rain in place A, does it cause a drought in place B?  What if terrorists steal this and start flooding us out.

Do you think we should be messing with Mother Nature?

I think it's great to learn about new discoveries, and if it can help out some places in the world with their drought problem ,why not!!!!
It is our duty to make science discoveries, but we must protect them so that they do not end up in evil hands.
Same with the atom bomb. if we didnt come up with it. we would be slaves to Japan
No. That is horrible!
