All this crap is rediculous!! Dog and his family are good people.and they believe in giving second chances.So A&E why dont you give a second chance and put him back on t.v. I love the show. And I MISS watching it. And what kind of a son calls his dad for a job an tapes the coversation? Sounds fishy to me.

Dog Chpaman is a very exceptional human being. Not only because he put his life into the public eye even though he knew his lifestyle, practices, opinions may not be publicly appreciated. He helps people turn their lives around in any way he knows how. In the situation at hand, the president of the black organization (the title escapes me) even said in a public statement that Dog was a wonderful person, didnt mean what he said the way it was interpreted, and that HE wants Dog back on tv. I think the public needs to back off and leave him alone and let him get back to work.

i love the chapmans as if they where my own family. i think what they do is awesome!!! i love to watch there show every week to see what's going on in there life.the chapmans make a difference in this world and i think it's a great thing.

I think Dog and his family have done so much good for Hawaii and I love watching the show if only to see what Beth is wearing that day, she is sooo sweet and funny. I'm so happy to see the show is coming back in April some time. Go Dog!!!!

Looks like what happened here was clearly a violation of the law. First, the newspaper or tabloid that published the comments should be the first ones to pay and then the son who sold his own father out should be next. The son and NOT DOG should be the one banished from the air. The TV network that his show was on should also be censored for firing Dog because they had no business dealing with the purveyor of that tape.DOG IS NOT THE PROBLEM AND SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN FIRED IN THE FIRST PLACE. The network needs to get a backbone and a few new thinking heads and PUT THE DOG BACK ON THE AIR WHERE HE BELONGS. If they can't or won't do that then the public should demand they be removed from the air waves.

Give me a break, He has a big heart as you can tell by the show. His comments were in poor taste but if you taped anyones call withouth their knowledge how could it sound? I am sure he is very sorry.His son is a sleezball.I hope the network shows some courage.

No, No, No!!! Dog Chapman is a role-model for a huge number of people who turned their life around. He's compassionate, loving, honest and charismatic. To cancel his show because of a dirty betrayal, typical of a dysfunctional relationship that he's been so kind to make healthy is a TRUE CRIME.
I hope people understand the caliber of Dog Chapman. If they do not, is because they choose to believe they have not make any mistakes.
Making mistakes is normal. We're far from perfect. Learning from our mistakes is what counts.
I love Dog. He's my hero. Soooooooooo, bring him back
