Guillermo Habacuc Vargas paid 2 children catch this street dog. He then chained the dog and used the dog as “artâ€. He told everyone not to feed this dog. The dog died in the gallery. He calls himself an artist. In that event, (in which the dog died) he was chosen to represent his country in the “Bienal Centroamericana Honduras 2008.

This type of animal abuse in the name of "art" cannot be accepted.  

Sign this pettion to show your disgust for this matter.  We will boycott the presence of Guillermo Habacuc Vargas at the Bienal Centroameriana Honduras 2008, or anywhere for that matter.

Espero que algún día la legislación cambie y que sea Guillermo Habacuc y gente enferma como él se pudran en la cárcel o psiquiátrico. Este capullo no es un artista es un asesino joder, al igual que los imbéciles que cosen los animales a pedradas, no es diversión; ni los toreros hacen un espectáculo, sino un asesinato público en el que "taraos" se regocijan con el sufrimiento y agonía de otros.

I think that man should be in prison. Someone who do that kind of things can't be a goob person.

That is horrible disgusting!! What kind of looser does that is not art its murder!! cold blooded murder i mean that dog had no way out even if he wanted to get away and the fact that it pleased him to watch this is apalling!!
