Issue:

YouChoose members are making way to many redundant campaigns.  A redundant campaign is something there is already a campaign for, or a campaign for an issue that had already been resolved.

Belief:

I believe that before a campaign is launched the user should do a brief scan of the sight to make sure the campaign doesn’t already exist.  If it does exist to should pledge the existing campaign to join the fight and strengthen its numbers.  Plus you could add a comment and join an already lively discussion.
