Stop taking gall-ladder juice from live bears!Forum Discussion for Stop taking gall-ladder juice from live bears! Submitted by sandy v. on Mon, 03/31/2008 - 02:12
This has gone on for years and has caused the death of many bears in Canada and the U.S. because it pays so well and so many people just don't care. There are no words to describe how horrible this is and how horrible the people are that do this for money. Everyone that cares about this planet needs to step up now and stop cruelty to animals for the almighty dollar. It is even worse when they keep a bear "alive" and slowly drain his gallbladder. What kind of slow death is this. All of you, please sign and yell to everyone that you know will care and step forward. Notify your senators to pass ugly laws to punish people that do this, and I don't mean a lousy fine but long long jail sentences and fines and public identification. Just like with the baby seals, we need to bring this forward to the population and yell it. We need to stop importing and exporting to and from these countries that promote such cruel behavior, including the whales. We need to show these countries we aren't full of hot air and boycott all their products on the grass roots level. Submitted by Brona E. on Mon, 03/24/2008 - 14:41
When I read this article, tears came to my eyes. This is a truely unspeakable act. Im gobsmacked that this could be going on behind our back. People need to wake up to this violence & not turn a blind eye. Because they are not just "animals", they are supposed to be our freinds, to make this world a beautiful place. They are more pure than humans. Perhaps if this was done to humans, people would definitely not turn their backs. We are not superior to animals, as I no a lot of gobshites like to think they are. Hope you don't mind but I thought I'd put the address people can write to here as a post Furui: Vicky Ho Lynn, founder of "Asians for Humans, Animals & Nature(AHAN)". email address: AHAN@worldnet.att.net Submitted by Wesley S. on Mon, 03/24/2008 - 01:53
This whole unbelievable incident affected me so deeply that their sad and innocent faces haunted me day and night and will continue to haunt me until the day I die. I felt a strong need to expose this incident to the world. Please widely distribute this true story and hope that everyone who reads this will do something to stop this kind of insanity from Chinese bear farms and to help these desperate poor creatures. Definitely, the Chinese Animals protection law needs to be improved, urgently. I did a little more reading on this issue and the way these bears are made into factories is unspeakable. Bears are proud creatures that belong in the wild. Thanks for the address, I will be sending a letter next week. Submitted by Donna T. on Sat, 03/22/2008 - 10:14
When i read this article i felt sick. The people who do these cruel acts should be shot. What right do they have to do such a cruel act. If it wasnt for reading this article i wouldnt have known about what was going on to those poor bears. I think this should become widely known so more people will know what these people are doing and hopefully it would come to a stop. Submitted by Tania L. on Fri, 03/21/2008 - 00:53

I'm speechless. How could we do something like that? Is THIS the world we've created? Someone has got to stop this! Loading People... |
