I agree, how do people get off knowing that they are using the U.S. Judical System as their own personal extortionist. Why do people think they can sue for extravagant amounts of $$ and think they can get paid?

I know a woman who sued because a waiter spilled wine on her shoe.  Apparently he humiliated her in public.  The worst part is she won.

Frivolous lawsuits should result in the plaintiff paying all legal costs to all parties involved, plus a 'nuisance' fee to the defendant.
