Superman fans want more Lois Lane on Smallville1019 Signatures
Intended Recipient:Showrunners of Smallville, President of the CW network, President of DC Comics, President of Warner Brothers Description:As faithful viewers of the CW series Smallville we have spent 7 long years waiting for Clark Kent to grow up and be at a point in his life where we can see him getting ready to become Superman the greatest Superhero ever. Everyone knows that from the beginning there has been one woman at Clark Kent and Superman's side and that is Lois Lane. Erica Durance was brought onto Smallville in season 4 and provided Clark with a sounding board, an ongoing challenge and a kind of friendship he had not previously known on the show. The banter and fun that is Lois and Clark has been one of the highlights of the last 3 years of the series though any fun was in short supply in season 7. As the series gets ready to wrap up we encourage you to please make use of one of your greatest assets on the show and the greatest love story of all time- bring Erica onto the show for more episodes this season and put her growing friendship and importance in Clark's life front and center on the show. One Tree Hill has successfully grown up their show and their characters it is time for Smallville to do so as well. The best way to do this is use Erica and her talents and let us all enjoy watching Lois and Clark grow up in the next season so that we can all feel confident that they will be the Lois and Clark we all know and love when the series is over. erica needs to be in all 22 episodes.becaushe she is the real deal! and so far she is awesome!so thats wy i want to see her in all 22 episodes.

It's time for Clark to start embracing his destiny and move on to become what he is supposed to be...Superman, of course. And Lois Lane is a big part of that. I can't wait to see all the iconic moments this season. I really hope that Lois is utilized well, and is in more than 13 episodes. Erica Durance is an awesome actress and is also a four year veteran of the show, she deserves her chance to shine!

Lois Lane is the only reason why I watch SV. She is an action oriented girl who at the same time is funny, loving and doesn't take crap from people. What is there not to love her. Whenever Clark is around Lois he is a better person and he shows his carefree self. Also she is the only one to whom he can open up and not think about it twice.
She can keep Clark on his toes.. So I would like to have a positive S8 and would love to see more of the future ace reporter, Lois Lane in all episodes.

It's a totally different show, when you have Clark and Lois interacting. They are FUN and EXCITING to watch together. This is what I wish for, in s8. More of that and for the show to do away with all the gloom and doom.
Action, adventure, heart and wit- these are all things we see when Erica Durance as Lois Lane is onscreen- much better than soapy angst and sadness. Superman is about hope- can we hope for more joy and less pain FINALLY?
Lois Lane should be in more than 13 episodes this season. If this show is REALLY about Embracing becoming Superman then how can it possibly be complete without more Lois lane in the equation?
Superman is not Superman without Lois lane being a constant in his life not a simple guest who comes in and out of it.

Since Action Comic's number one, Lois Lane has been a great part of Superman's development. She is as important in Superman myth, as Clark Kent himself. The moment Lois was introduced in the series, it became a great responsibility to show this iconic character right.
Personally, I think Smallville has done a great job with Erica's portrayal of Lois, however I feel that most of her development as a character has been done offscreen, because of her limited number of appearances.
So, please, give Erica Durance a full season, so that we can see what has made this great character shine for about 70 years.

Lois is the kind of character who has mass appeal for men and women alike. She is considered par on par with Superman and is basically a feminist icon. Erica Durance’s portrayal of Lois highlights those aspects that are forever evoked at the thought of Lois Lane. With the CW's focus on female viewers why not up the number of episodes Lois appears in?
Erica Durance does it incredible as Lois Lane.

Smallville is going into its 8th season and it appears that things are finally moving forward. It'll be very exciting to see Lois Lane finally complete her journey, alongside Clark's, and become the award winning, Mad Dog Lane she has historically been. But the best and only way to do that is for her to be in more than her usualy 13 episodes.

Clark Kent has finally become a reporter and working at the Planet. He's no longer the high school kid from Smallville so Lana's (or Chloe's) time in his life has ended anyway. It's time for him to team up with the woman who will eventually become his wife - Lois Lane.
