I think David Tennant should still be the Doctor I don't know what these people are thinking by replacing him he is the best Doctor plus he's cute he needs to STAY!!!

I love David Tennant, so it's really hard for me to see anyone else as The Doctor. I think he was perfect for this role. But I don't wanne be unfair, so I'll give the new guy a chance, maybe he can keep up with David Tennant, even though I have my doubts about that.

Matt Smith has potential but we really won't know until we see him as The doctor. I must confess I am devastated that David Tennant left the role. He was my favorite Doctor.

Callum Blue would be perfect for the part.

I've never seen Matt Smith in anything before, but then I never saw David Tennant or Christopher Eccleston before either and both were great. Sometimes it's best to get an unknown. (Although I was hoping that somehow they could bring in John Simm as the new Doctor. He made such a great timelord.) The heads of the show are excited about this new guy, and I have faith in them.

Started his acting career in 2006? I don't see how he can possibly pull it off following the last 2 actors playing the Doctor. I am disappointed, but will reserve judgment. The latest Doctor Who stories started out very much an Action/Drama/Adventure feel and have been drifting away into fun for kids. So sad.

I loved the last one he lived up to his acting ability and I'm sure the new one will do just as well,we'll just have to get use to him after watching the other doctor for so long, no problem with me I love the show doctor who and I'm sure his acting ability will be just fine!
