i love all shows wit vampires wish they never took off moonlight but i luv edward but all vamp movies n books n shows are awsome cant wait for vampire diaries to come out

Never seen Twilight, so I'm not gonna trash it. Also never heard of TrueBlood until just last week, when my fiancee bought the season 1 set. Watched the entire thing and loved it. I can't wait for the next season to start selling, as we don't have HBO :(

Shaun, you should be getting the second season soon..its coming to New Zealand this week, Season 2, so hopefully you'll get it too. Season One was FANTASTIC. Season 2 is gory, more intense, more weirdness but lots of fun. Certain characters are more developed such as Hoyt and Terry...won't give away too much though. This show is HBO's most watched show ever, behind The Sopranos. Cheers!!

Twilight is for young adults and True Blood is for Adults. I enjoy both, but prefer True Blood. Read both Twilight books and Sookie Stackhouse series. Loved both.

Wow, regarding last night's TB episode.....all we saw of the "Queen" is a bloody foot....maybe she did or said something she regretted and changed her mind, which in turn, got someone angry at her? Glad to see Tara is "back" and loooove those naughty dreams of Eric Sookie is still having!!!Bill is so sweet though, feel sorry for him...no way The Meat Queen is getting our shaggy Sam!!

OK my fellow fangbanger, I must say this weeks show was better than last week. Jason and Andy were hysterical,Eric was finally wearing decent clothes Hoyt's mom was a piss and a half but what the hell was with that egg? I hope we find out in 2 weeks or it will drive me crazy until next season.And I still don't know why Andy wasn't affected by Maryann's spell. I was disappointed that Eric didn't have a nude scene. Crap now we have to wait 2 weeks.

Good Evening my fellow fangbanger, yes, Jason and Andy were hysterical, like Dumb and Dumber. Jason was sooo hysterical when he was pondering whether Sam could be a chicken and lay his own egg and eat it. Ridiculous. So the egg wasn't in the books, right? Any theories out there whats IN the egg and WHOSE egg is it? Maryanne would be the obvious choice as the mama....but not sure what she was doing with Tara and Eggs all that time....could it be theirs? Some kind of crossbred that Maryanne had a hand in? I prefer Eric in his skimpy black tanktops even though I know you thought it looked too gay. The suit looked too 1980's Studio 54ish. But whatever that man (vampire)wears, he's a stunner! I thought Bill looked particularly cute this episode in his dark jeans. I felt sorry for him standing next to Eric who is so much taller. Oh, that new Vamp Queen was a disappointment...too All American girl type..they needed someone more exotic. Finally, why does Tara's poor mama, Lettie Mae, ALWAYS get hit on the head?!!

WOW....what an episode last night!! Anyone catch it? We finally got to see the softer side of Eric...though his bodyis far from soft! Great seminude scene with the Viking Vamp!! Feel sorry for Bill though. Only 3 episodes left! Not fair!! I waited all year for Season Two and now have to wait another year!! True Blood withdrawal!!

I know, what are we gonna talk about when this season ends? Well at least you are reading the books now we've got them to discuss. I want to move to Bon Temps La. there are such interesting (people?) residing there,they give a whole new definition to the words life and live.

I guess Tara's mom and cousin Lafayette did an "intervention" of sorts last night! Notice in next weeks previews she says "HE is going to get you all" or something to that effect. What did she mean by "he"? Maryanne morphs into a male Bull/god? Perhaps it is the thing/creature that rules HER!! Tara's eyes were still black when she said that. Bon Ton is sure a hillbilly town on the loose....going rampant. Not sure I wanna live there, Jane. Looks like theyre gonna sacrifice Sam....they better not!! Glad Godric is gone...didn't like the casting. Wow...still can't get over the seminude scenes of Eric....him and Sookie had good chemistry, which is weird considering her and Bill(Steven Moyer)are boyfriend/girlfriend in real life. Hmmmmm...

Yeah, who is he? I dont think they will get rid of Sam. I really liked Godric..something about him was curious..so opposite of Eric and Eric is like you said...WOW!! I think Eric and Sookie are hooking up soon. Bill's going to get the boot!

Well,yes, Lorna, I did warm up a bit to Godric towards the end...literally the "end" for him! As far as "he" I think it must be Bacchus/Dionysis, the god of wine and all "bad things"....revelry, lust, chaos,etc.etc. Eric's semi-nude scenes lately.....OMG!!!! And didn't shaggy Sam look cute in that apron?
