Law making insurance companies rich,  First offender of a DWI ?  Did you know this is to stay on their license for life.If a person ,never arrested befor,never in trouble no points,accidents or tickets,why should they be labled for the rest of their life.It is very clear this law was made for the insurance compaies , they can collect double money forever.A killer does his time and is released ,a drug dealer pays his fine and released,but a first time DWI offender has to pay for life.If you want to have a fair law , a person having a second offence should never be able to drive again,This law must be changed it is not  justice its a pay off. Change this law the next time you have a beer ,THIS WILL MAKE YOU LOOK AS IF YOU ARE A HIBITUAL ALCOHOLIC to all insurance companies and the money flows

I have never been driving while intoxicated, but your example is not fair. There are alot of idiots out there that do not consider the consequences of their actions and have killed innocent people and the repeat offenders. I do believe in those situations it should be left on there ins. records.

there are also a lot of people on crak cocane,What I am saying is as a first offense this is crazy,if they should ever get another a just law would be for them never to frive again instead of continually giving them the oppertunity to kill someone
